Allergen Statement
Our allergen statement which details that our
kitchen does use these products, whist we are
always very careful with cross-contamination, particularly when notified of allergies, however,
we are unable to guarantee that any menu item
can be completely free of allergens.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The client acknowledges that upon entering
this service contract, Lets Graze Co. is committing time and resources to your event and thus cancellation would result in potential loss of income and
other booking opportunities. Therefore,
the following applies:
For bookings over $300:
30% deposit is taken at time of booking
for events/bookings over $300.00. If the client requests cancellation of this contract 90 days of
more before the event, the client shall receive a full refund. After 90 days, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid to cover expenditures to date if the client chooses to cancel their booking and we are unable to re-book the date.
We reserve the right to retain the 50% of the booking total paid to cover expenditures to date if the client chooses to cancel their booking within 60 days of event and we are unable to re-book the date.
Final total is owed 14 days from event.
We reserve the right to retain the 80% of booking total and any other amount required to cover expenditures to date if the client chooses to cancel their booking within 14 days and we are unable
to re-book the date.
If the client cancels the booking within
5 days of the event, we reserve the right to
retain 100% of booking total cover expenditures
and potential same date booking loss.
Should we, Lets Graze Co. cancel the booking,
the client will be fully refunded their deposit
and/or payments made within 14 days of the date
of cancellation. If event is within 30 days of event,
we will assist with finding a subtle and comparable alternative provider or providers based upon the
order total.
For bookings under $300:
An event and/or order may be cancelled with no charges outside of 5 business days prior to the event. Cancellation of bookings within 3 days prior to the event may be charged 50% of the total booking if unable to re-book date/order. Cancellation of services made less than 24 hours of the booking date will be charged 100% of the booking total to cover expenditures to date.
* All specialised, custom and/or specialty items purchased as part of all bookings will be non-refundable and/or covered by the client.
